Boulder Country Estate

My place is truly one of the finest country estates close to Boulder. It has privacy, views and luxurious accommodations. The layout of the house is all on one level and allows for good bedroom privacy. We have bird watching, a hammock to relax in, a patio with a grill for outdoor dinners, shaded areas and flower gardens, a fully fenced yard and 30 private acres. We are close to mountain biking and hiking trails. We an easy hour drive from Eldora Ski Resort and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space This property is part of a 30 acre working horse farm. The guests are welcome to walk around the scenic property and enjoy the safety afforded by this fenced private land. While being secure and secluded, the towns of Lyons and Longmont are only 10 minutes away and Boulder is 20 minutes. Guest access The property has a security gate and is set far back from the road. Other things to note Only dogs may be allowed and not more than two. Additional pet fee of $25 per dog per night.
