Carla's cabin is located at the end of a nice local street. We back to land where the horses graze, deer cross and the turkeys gobble. All the amenities of home. Close to the lake, downtown or any of the popular local tourist locations. Our space is nice open floor plan which allows social gatherings in the kitchen, family room and then onto the deck. Plus, there is another living space in the front room for playing games, relaxing or watching tv. Guest are allowed to all areas of the cabin. There is one closet that is for the owners. There is nothing special except misc. supplies. Each guest will get their own personal lock combo to get in. Other than that, I leave them alone unless there is an issue. Beautiful area will with trees. Only locals live on the street. Always use caution as you drive up and down the street. There are taxis around, but not too many. Calaveras does have a bus system, but unknown of the schedule. There is a three night minimum on holidays. No pets and no smoking as we have severe pet allergies.
