This apartment is a private basement apartment in our home with private access. We will likely be around and would be glad to meet you to give you the key. The professionally decorated apartment features a living room with a fireplace, TV, and WiFi, a kitchenette, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The space Waterfront property on beautiful Lake Barkley. The basement apartment has a private entrance, covered porch, a patio table and a gas grill, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator and stove and a living room with a gas fireplace. Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood with a large yard and a gentle slope to the lake and private boat dock allowing for boating, fishing, swimming and other activities. There is also a studio that will sleep 2 extra people with an additional $20.00 per night fee. (fee will be paid in cash when you arrive) Guest access The entire 3 bedroom basement apartment with the exception of the private storage room.
