This suite is centrally located & just minutes from UNCW, Long Leaf Hills Park, Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches. Food and shopping are within walking distance! Our established, quiet neighborhood is perfect for families. The space Tiny apartment type space that is separate from the main house but attached to it . It's a converted garage with no access into the main house. Personal private space and parking. The only shared space is the driveway that leads to your private parking area. Beach themed room with loft bed. Large TV, kitchenette and full bathroom. Guest access You will have the whole front and side yard to enjoy along with the suite and outside sitting area. During Fig season feel free to eat the figs from the 2 trees in the front yard while sitting at the picnic table. You have your own separate, personal entrance. No shared spaces. All private. Other things to note Our suite is a converted garage that is attached to the main house but does not have an entrance into the main house. It is like a one room apartment on the side of the house with it's own private entrance. There is one outside camera under our carport.
