The space Beautifully renovated and decorated, yet comfortable enough to please even the most laid back "beach comber", or the "sandy sophisticate". Linens can be rented from a business called "Sheets at the Beach". They drop the linens off in a bundle and when you leave, just stuff them in their bag and they will come by to pick them up at the arranged time. You can also find beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, portable cribs, etc. to rent. Easy access with pin code locks!!! Garage is NOT included in listing. Guest access The entire house is open for the guest's use, aside from a private closet in the hall bathroom, and the garage. On rare occasion owner may access garage, in the event that it is necessary to be onsite to oversee repairs and maintenance. Garage entrance does not interfere with main house. Pin code access, no keys to lose!! Other things to note We rent Saturday to Saturday, in 7 night terms. Off season, we accept shorter term rentals. Check in is anytime after 2 PM. Check out is at 10 AM. The responsible party must be 25 years old or older. You will be asked to confirm this at confirmation of your reservation. Sheets and towels are not provided. There are linen rental businesses at the beach and in nearby Ocean View, that most guest use. They rent all kinds of things...just give them the bed sizes and they will deliver sheets at the house. When you finish your stay, strip the beds, stuff everything in the bag they leave and they come and pick them up. Very easy and convenient.
