Creekside Crestone, beautiful, quiet and private.

This unique property is well furnished, with a warm and cozy feel. It is a half of the house (with a locking door in between the rental and the home) with a separate entrance, porch, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/ living room area. Ideal for single travelers, a couple (or friends if they don't mind sharing the queen bed in the bedroom.) a single futon chair be is also available. The large fenced yard is around the gate. Guests are welcome to use the yard, creek side and the grill. The space The apartment is a separate and private part of my house with a separate driveway and entrance, screened porch, large living room with efficiency kitchen, private bedroom, single futon in living room and private bathroom with tub and shower. There are fans for the summer, floorboard heat and lots of screened windows with coverings so the light and air can be adjusted. Guest access There is a separate access on the Carbonate side of the house, if I will not be there to greet you I will let you know how to get in. Other things to note My dog is quiet, friendly and may be in the yard but will not be in the guest space unless specifically invited by the guest.
