SNOW BIRDS WELCOME! Special Rates!! The Breezy Weezy is a bright and cheery home, on a quiet residential street, where you'll want to relax for the ultimate beach vacation! Only a short bicycle ride or walk (1/4 mile) to Garden City beach. After a fun in the sun day, take full advantage of the outdoor shower at the back of the house. Evening is time for relaxing where you can eat outside or play cards on a large, well lit, covered porch where you'll feel the warm breeze of Murrells Inlet. The space Washer and dryer on premises. Kuerig coffe maker. Cable tv, Netflix, Prime and some other streaming channels available. Free WIFI. Outdoor shower, garage space, bicycles, beach chairs and beach accessories are first come first serve. *Please note that the home has a studio apartment, seperate rental, off of the inside of garage and the only shared space is besides outdoor common areas. Perfect for extended family or additional friends to join. I do give a 10% discount on studio accomodations when renting both up and downstairs together. The downstairs studio is called Seas The Day and can be found at www.airbnb.com/h/ayseastheday. Guest access Entire home, excluding garage area studio which is an additional rental. Guest access also includes an enclosed outdoor shower/changing area in the back of the house. Depending on availability, I will consider a discount for use of the studio if your group is 7 or 8 people. Other things to note 1/4 mile to public access off of Cypress Ave to Garden City Beach and Pier. During the summer months with the humidity and moisture, there may be Palmetto bugs that come in from the outside. Unfortunately they are very common in the south and it’s not something us northerners are used to. We have a bi-monthly contract with Orkin to spray for insects such as these and mosquitos. Please don’t be alarmed if you see them. We are doing the best we can to maintain them from entering the house. Please, only two vehicles MAX on property. Only one vehicle allowed if it’s oversized. You are not allowed to park anywhere but in the garage and on the very short driveway pad. This is a beach community so parking is limited wherever you go. Please plan accordingly with getting your guests and luggage within 1-2 vehicles and think about this before booking or please ask me. One last note, it seems there have been bath towels that have gone missing or have been “exchanged” with some beach towels that guests own. If I find that we are missing towels, you will be charged $10.00 per missing towel, no exceptions. So please, take your own towels back home, not ours.
