Coastal Studio - Close to Beach & Downtown

***NEW MATTRESS AS OF JAN 2026**** ***NEW HVAC UNIT AS OF DEC 2025**** The Coastal Studio is a studio attached to my house which is located in the Park Circle neighborhood of Charleston: 3 Miles from the NPAC, 5 miles from the airport, 7 miles to DT Charleston, 16 miles to the closest beach, under a mile to Park Circle restaurants and bars. The space The Coastal Studio is attached to my 1950's cottage. As a guest, you have your own private entrance and studio, your own air conditioning system, and your own private bathroom. No interaction with me the owner unless you need it! I worked with my friend Noah who is a contractor to build a conceptual space this is functional and operates independently of the main house. There is some really great wood work in the bed frame along with a lot of attention to detail throughout the space. The studio is a clean and relaxed atmosphere right off of 526. New flatscreen, soundbar and amazon fire stick recently installed. The bathroom is located right down the hall with clean towels, soap and shampoo. Guest access You have full access to the studio and back porch.
