Vaping, etc. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged to remove smoke from the unit if this is not respected. You will be asked to leave immediately. No exceptions. - No parties / social gathering and guests are permitted at this time. If this is not respected, you will be asked to leave and penalty included. - In your stay we may have other guests in the basement unit. So please limit the noise during quiet hours. Quiet hours are between 10pm-9 am. - Also kindly I want to ask you to use the laundry between 7pm to 9-pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends. Please make sure to read and agree to the house rules.
