My place is close to Grand Park; near many family-friendly activities; and a quick drive to Indianapolis. You’ll love my place because of the LOCATION - you're always within minutes of everything in Central Indiana. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups, and families (with kids). The space Fenced in back-yard with a deck, located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You are welcome to use the backyard - including the grill and fire pit - but be mindful that my neighbors are in pretty close proximity, so please keep sounds at a respectful level.
