This Pet friendly, recently remodeled condo features new furnishings, upgraded appliances and 2 LCD smart TV's. Take in the sun on the large, private deck off of the upstairs bedroom. The space This cute and convenient pet-friendly condo is ideally located - just a few blocks from Crested Butte's best public parks and amenities, including the Slate River, Nordic Trails, the pet and bike friendly Recreation Path, the Center for the Arts, and of course, all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment available in Historic Downtown Crested Butte. The free Mt. Express shuttle stops just up the road every 15 minutes for a 6 minute ride to the base area at Mt. Crested Butte. Park your vehicle in your own private spot, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, skiing, and relaxing that Crested Butte has to offer, just out your front door. This condo sleeps 4-6 in beds and features recent remodels and cozy furnishings! The living spaces have an open layout with a newer LCD Smart TV to stream all your favorites on Netflix or Amazon. Enjoy meals at the bar height dining table with built in bench and stools. The master is located on the second floor and boasts a king bed. The bathroom is recently upgraded with a slate tile shower. Also off this level is a sunny deck with exterior seating! If you are looking for value but not looking to compromise on location, this is the perfect property for your friends, family, and your pets too! Well-behaved pets are considered (2 dog max, max weight 50lbs, sorry no cats). The pet fee is $80 (+ tax) per pet for visits up to 7 nights. Longer stays will incur an additional fee of $10 (+tax) per night for each additional night. All pets MUST be supervised or appropriately crated during their stay. Bedding Arrangement Breakdown: 1st Bedroom: King-size Bed 2nd Bedroom: Queen-size Bed 2.5 Bedroom: Queen-size Bed (located on the second level and separated by a half wall and curtain for privacy. Please note that this is not a full separate bedroom.) *The Heartleaf Condo is located directly next door in the same building. Rent both units for larger groups who need privacy but want to be close by. We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. Other things to note *Please read disclosures below before booking* Guests will be required to sign a guest rental agreement prior to receiving check-in and driving directions. There are two designated, off street parking spaces for this unit. Please note that during the winter season only one parking space is guaranteed due to snow removal. During the winter season, please be sure to abide by the posted Winter Parking Laws to avoid ticketing/towing. RVs and campers are prohibited at all Watchdog properties. Early check-ins and or late check-out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year. Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window. Please note that in the winter months access to this unit's private parking may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Although the alley and driveway are plowed. These areas may become bumpy and narrow, due to snow storage and Conditions created by melting snow. Business License #001420
