Fully renovated modern apt in a 2 family private house located in a family oriented neighborhood and only 5 mins from LaGuardia Airport. Up to 12 ppl can be accommodated btwn the 5 queen size beds and 4 sofa in the living room. Less then a 1 min walk to the bus stop: 15-20 mins (estimated) ride to Jackson Hghts & 74th St. station. Another 10-15mins (est.) train ride to Manhattan from this station. 5min from LGA Airport.10/12 (est.) walk McDonald’s, Burger King, super market,Dunkin D & Walgreens. The space *************Please kindly note**************** - We do NOT provide any type of towels. Face towels, hand towels, or bath towels ARE NOT provided. - Limited kitchen space. Refrigerator, microwave, four burner stove with oven available. Some plates, cups, and silverware available. 2/3 pots are available in the kitchen for you to use for cooking. If you plan to cook large meals then we kindly suggest that you bring more pots and pans. Given that this is not a hotel, and it’s a residence, the resources are limited. If you have any specific requests please let us know, we will try to fulfill it if it’s within our capabilities. Please read below: More than 4 guests (up to 12) $25/guest, per night The 3rd bedroom is locked and can be accessible if you book for *MORE* than 6 guests. You can request for the third bedroom to be open at the time of your check-in, however, you will be charged $100 per night through AirBnB for the duration of your stay. Other things to note PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: - Lost keys: $300 fee through AirBnB - The [external] premises are under 24 hour surveillance. - Please give an accurate guest count at the time of booking. Additional charges will have to be paid through AirBnB if there are more guests than the booking during the entire length of your stay: $100 per guest, per night. - We do not permit parties or loud music/noise on the property. - Smoking is also not allowed.
