Our flat is perfect for a small group, family, or couple coming to San Francisco who want to be at the walkable center of the Mission District. You'll be on a quiet alleyway, but around the corner from Dolores Park and Mission Park & Playground, the thriving and walkable Valencia Street cooridor, and the BART subway system. If you are traveling with kids, it is all set up with bunkbeds in the second bedroom, a safety gate at the stairs, and proximity to two great playgrounds. The space Located on a coveted one-way "alley" in the heart of the Mission, this sunny, high-ceiling, top-floor condo is 3 blocks from Dolores Park, 1 block from Mission Park, 4 blocks from 16th St BART, 1 block from Tartine, 2 blocks from Valencia Street bars and restaurants. The 1150 sq ft home features a recently redone kitchen, a skylight, a living room, a master bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin-size bunkbeds, a pullout twin and/or inflatable queen, a small office and desk, plus washer/dryer next to the kitchen! A local mural artist just added a family of hummingbirds outside our window. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need. Famous foodie grocery store, Bi-Rite, is one block away, and a farmer's market on Thursdays a short walk away. An eat-in kitchen dining table accommodates 4-6. **This is not a place to have a party.
