Cozy apartment with full kitchen and living room! This is a second floor guest house above a garage with a private entrance. I also live on the property in a separate house. The property is located in west Destin, nestled in the pine trees. It's approx 1 mile to the Destin Harbor and approx 2 miles to the beach. The property is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to everything in Destin. It's easily accessible to Ft Walton and all 3 military bases: Eglin, Hurlburt, and Duke Field. This is a peaceful, comfortable space meant for those who want to enjoy Destin, and have a quiet place to relax at the end of the day. It's relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Hi-speed Wifi is included, but there's no cable TV service. One bedroom has a Queen bed; the second bedroom has a Twin bed. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, with a small bistro table and chairs. Parking: You'll have a dedicated space in the driveway. Connectivity: WiFi (no TV) Access: There is a keybox with the door key inside. You will keep the key during your stay and return it to the keybox when you checkout. Uber is a great option for getting around if you don't have a vehicle. The bay is within walking distance; everything else you will want to drive.
