Three miles north of I-70. 20 minutes to Denver. 20 minutes to Boulder. Easy access to the mountains. Garden level basement has private entrance, two bedrooms, bath, kitchenette, laundry - plus large common area with big screen TV and pool & ping pong table. Host lives on main floor. The space We have two Airbnb listings. This one is for entire garden-level basement suite (1500 sq ft). Two bedrooms, each with queen bed. Plus an extra bed in common area. Bath with big shower. Large living space with big-screen TV, pool table. Kitchenette and laundry facility. Basement has private exterior entry. Guests are welcome to use gazebo or dangle their feet in the waterfall out back. Guest access Basement has separate locking entry and keypad. During your stay We are around most of the time. Welcome interaction with guests as time allows. Other things to note Kids are welcome. Pets are negotiable. No smoking. No marijuana. No events or late-night parties. No additional guests without change in reservation.
