20 Minutes to Dodge Ridge and Pinecrest - Small, clean, 2 bedrooms and 1 main room - cozy and just perfect for a family with kids or two couples on a mountain adventure. Easy access to Hwy 108 - even during snowy days. The kitchen is well appointed for family meals. Board games, books and other activities for fun to be had inside and out. The space Due to size, safety and septic constraints, absolutely no more than 4 guests over the age of 2 are allowed. If more than 4 guests arrive, we regret that we will be required to cancel your stay. No exceptions. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and there is a sitting area just outside the door for some fresh air. The outdoor seating area has a chess/checkers table and four chairs. We have a tether ball pole, a corn-hole game and a play structure right outside the door with a slide, swings, a fort and picnic table sized for little people. There is also a full size picnic table very near and a BBQ with charcoal, BBQ tools for guest use as well. It is wonderful being outside on a high Sierra evening.
