A Family Affair Vacation Retreat

Beautiful (4) BR with a study that includes a pull out coach bed, 2.5 baths in Layton City, UT, 30 miles N of Salt Lake City and 1.5 miles from Hill Air Force Base. Entire House - does not include our office located in our master bedroom. Our home sleeps (7) maximum, is centrally located and within walking distance of the mall, theaters, restaurants, aquarium, parks, schools and swimming pools. The major HWY is (15 & 89) running north and south is a couple minutes. Non-smoking and welcome. The space The house has 4 BR and 2.5 Baths, Study with pull out coach bed, LR, DR, Kitchen, Dining Room, FR, Solarium Room, Hot Tub Room, Game Room, 2-Car Garage all for your use. The home also has a deck in the backyard with grill for your use also.. Guest access Those areas listed in the space description can be access by the guest during their stay, to include the garage and game room. Other things to note Pets require an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 for the stay for maximum of two medium size pets.
