This is a great space - my favorite apartment!! Really sweet vibe in a small 5-unit building. Private stairway access with 360 windows all around this quaint studio give lots of natural light - lounge on the 7-foot leather sofa and watch some tv before going down to NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood Los Angeles - mins away walking! - 5 minutes walking from the Metro Station to get you into downtown - Staples Center - and about 10 minutes drive to places like Hollywood - Universal Studios The space NoHo Treehouse Is just that - shrouded in trees and nestled in gives this old school studio in North Hollywood a very unique style Stay a week- stay a month - stay the year ;) Easy freeway access - gets you to Hollywood or LA In minutes Great area with cool local night life and awesome restaurants all over Guest access Washer and dryer coin operated on premises works great Garage parking for extra $50 per stay if interested please ask host for arrangements and buzzer (This space can also be used for storage) It’s a studio so no rooms - the house is yours - secluded back bedroom nook - powerful shower with tub - and nice size kitchen with gas stove if you want to cook go right on ahead! - and of course the living room and the high ceilings complete this NoHo Treehouse Other things to note Feel free to explore the area- if you need some ideas or direction please ask host anytime There is a 7-11 down the block which pretty much has everything you would ever need Local police station (North Hollywood Police Station) within walking distance
