A double storey, luxuriously decorated private villa, located in a 4-acre estate. It is perfect for both winter and summer escapes. Surrounded by trees, it is entirely secluded from the surrounding properties (which are very few). Furthermore, the house is big enough that you can enjoy quiet moments even in a big group. Pet friendly! Guests under 6 years old do not pay (so do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Also suitable for event hosting (e.g. wedding receptions). The space This is a beautiful and relaxing property with large outdoor spaces. It is very private so you will feel secluded but not far from Athens.Available amenities for babies and children. There are two fireplaces in the house, one on each floor. There is also a piano. Other things to note Breakfast basics will be provided (crackers, cookies, butter, jam, coffee, tea etc). If your stay exceeds 5 days, we will also give you 2 bottles of cabernet-merlot red wine from our family-owned vineyard for you and your family/friends to enjoy. Your bedsheets & towels can be changed if you wish so twice per week. There are also swimming pool games (floating bed etc), gym equipment (see picture) as well as some board games.
