Welcome! At the Arlington House you'll be greeted by a reddish-orange palette of succulent varieties at both front and back yard entrances. We think you'll enjoy the rose garden, lemon trees and ambient water features as much as the butterflies and fishes do. Whether you are sipping a morning cup of complimentary coffee or toasting to the beauty of nature, you'll experience a peaceful balance perfect for unwinding or planning the next day's itinerary. The space All beds are queens or fulls and there are no internal stairs. There are stairs leading to the entry way of the home and there are stairs leading to the patio in the rear of the home. As a guest, you have access to all spaces. Guest access Please enjoy the Rose Garden, the Fishpond and the lemons on the tree. The Rose Garden and the Fish pond create a delicate and peaceful balance. This is a place where you can literally stop and smell the Roses. As of December 2020, the Fishpond is under repair but the Roses are still in bloom. Other things to note The Den/Library area converts to the 3rd Bedroom. It has a Futon couch which let's down into a bed. Street parking is available after 6pm Monday through Friday. You may not park in the front of the residence from 7am through 9am and from 4pm to 6pm Monday through Friday and Thursday is street sweeping from 10am through 12pm , There is parking in the gated secure section in rear of the house for at least 2 full size cars.
