Sunny single story home on quiet street with large back yard is 1 mi. to the beach and 1.5 mi. to downtown HB. Back yard is like a private sanctuary. Kitchen & bathrooms renovated in 2021 and new flooring installed throughout. Owner uses home half the year so it's well equipped for living and trips to beach. Perfect place to entertain and call home for awhile (31 night min.) but not appropriate for loud or late-night outdoor parties. The space Master with king has en suite bathroom; other three bedrooms have queens. All have large closets. Open floor plan has both family room (gas fireplace, large flat screen, comfy sofa sleeper) and living/dining room with lots of seating and a flat screen. Hallway bath has large shower. Laundry room leading to attached two car garage has large capacity washer/dryer. Working-from-home made easier by desk in one bedroom and other portable desks/tables moveable as needed . Guest access Guests enjoy the entire house. A unique code will be set for you to access keyless front door and garage door. Other things to note The number of reviews is limited because hosts live in the home half the year, it's only available for longer stays, and some return guests book privately.
