This gorgeous Chalet is located on 400 acres, overlooking Lake Erie. Located 10 minutes to Port Stanley and St. Thomas. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within a short driving distance. There are 3 properties in total on the Estate, all far enough away that privacy won't be an issue. The Beach is beautiful and has designated areas for each property, to again give each guest their own space. There are plenty of walking/hiking trails on the property and nearby Talbot Trail as well. The space The Chalet at Port Talbot Estates is an architectural treat. Beautifully exposed beams and and 20+ foot ceilings. The main floor boasts large, bright windows overlooking Lake Erie, and the forested river inlet, with a large green space. With a chefs gourmet kitchen, and all the appliances you'd need including a dishwasher, coffee bar, large fridge, and wine fridge. The main floors open concept design gives you the ability to entertain in all areas, without missing a beat. You'll find the master bedroom with cheater ensuite and queen bed here too. Upstairs you'll find another lounge with outside access, a full bathroom with laundry and a bedroom with two single beds featuring a Juliet balcony overlooking the main floor. The basement of the Chalet has its own kitchen, with stove, fridge and freezer. It gets better as it also has its own living room with pullout, dinning area, full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. Guest access You'll have access to all of these areas with the booking. You'll have access to the beach, hiking trails, and your own patio with BBQ. You may find the owners on site, and or other guests staying at one of the other houses.
