This property offers the entire lower level of our home and back yard that you will have all to yourself. We live upstairs and you have your own private entrance. There are large windows in the master bedroom, and the living room has two large windows in addition to a glass sliding door that opens to a private backyard with fire pit next to the Elkhart River. Our spacious lower level walks out to the Elkhart River and a beautiful and peaceful view of the woods with no houses on the other side of the river. We provide the fixings to make s'mores and firewood for you to enjoy the setting. We love our space and delight in sharing it with you. As our guest you have access to the entire lower level of our walkout ranch, which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom with oversize shower, small refrigerator, coffee, tea, water, wireless internet, large flatscreen TV, cable, Netflix dvd collection, pool table, gas fireplace, outside fire pit with firewood, linens and towels all provided. (washer & dryer upon request) Parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. There is a private outside entrance with steps down to the lower level apartment. We respect your privacy and will also be available to answer questions. We want your stay to meet your needs. Millers River Manor is a quiet neighborhood nestled next to the Elkhart River and right beside Oxbow County Park - one of the most beautiful parks in the area. Our home is located just 5 minutes from Bypass 20, and 15 minutes from Interstate 80 for quick access to your destinations. For Notre Dame football fans, we are a short 40min drive from the stadium. If you are traveling to attend a swimming event at the Aquatic Center, we are only 14min away. For Chicago Cubs fans, we are a short 2:14hr drive to Wrigley. If you're in town to take in Shipshewana and Amish country, a 30min drive will get you there.
