Topanga is ideally situated between Malibu and Santa Monica, each just a short drive. A quiet escape from the LA scene where everything slows down and you can relax in a tranquil and bucolic environment with your friends and family. The road leading to our home is winding and narrow in places, if this makes you uneasy you may want to look for other lodging. Other things to note -If you are looking for a pristine, hotel like stay, our ecclectic property may not be the most suitable for you. -Please keep us in the loop if you plan on having a few friends over for a swim or dinner. 3 or 4 is the maximum allowed unless other plans are approved by host. Out of respect for our neighbors and quiet community we want visitors to our home kept to a bare minimum. - Strict no pets policy because of extreme family allergies. No exceptions. -Sonos music system -75" smart television is available for your use. There is no cable TV. -Large salt water pool is not heated, but wonderfully refreshing as Topanga is hot most of the year. -We do not allow still or video photoshoots. -Please note: There are 2 exterior security cameras on the property, we are alerted when guests come and go. If this makes you uncomfortable you should not book our home. -There are graphic erotic asian antique screen prints in the main bedroom. If this is something you would find offensive you should not book our home.
