The space This is a newly renovated 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with a nice kitchen and big living room! Please note: This is a historic property, so there are some quirky aspects for this apartment - 1) There are three steps to at the apartment entrance (without a landing on the top step) 2) There are three steps from the dining area to the living room. If mobility would be challenging due to these aspects, this space may not the most ideal option. Summer Note (A/C): During the summer, if days get hot, there is an A/C window unit in the bedroom to facilitate comfortable sleep (the rest of the apartment is equipped with fans).
