Lakefront Cottage Paradise,

3 Season, modern-rustic cottage is great for families, couples or a group of up to 6 friends looking to relax and take in nature on the beautiful lake almost anytime of year. There are many activities in and out of the the water to explore and enjoy amongst the beauty of the Magnetawan watershed. The cottage has plenty of room for up to 6 guests . It really does take your breath away once you see the view and take in the fresh air. The space The cottage has a great panoramic view of Beaver Lake and a spacious deck to take in the fresh air and sounds of nature all around. The cottage has three bedrooms. One bedroom comes equipped with a bunk bed great for two people . There are two very comfortable double sofa beds in the living space for some privacy separation from the bedrooms. The kitchen is an open concept with a peninsula style island open to the eating area overlooking the lake through the large window view. There is a modern three-piece bathroom with glass shower, flushing toilet and spacious vanity sink. The cottage also comes with swimming toys, canoe, kayaks, and fishing power boat for rent. There is a fireplace outside the cottage which is great for an evening fire for roasting marshmallows. (Please refer to fireplace rules). There is a BBQ available for use on the deck as well. The cottage has a dock and swimming ladder with great access to the lake for swimming (always have an adult monitoring the kids swimming in the lake and no diving from the dock (for safety precautions). There is a swimming ladder for easy access to the water . Guest access The guests are welcome to access the dock and swimming area attached to the boathouse which will have the watercrafts such as the canoe, kayaks, and power fishing rental boat for use. The boathouse will not be accessible for guests during the stay for liability purposes. You must obtain and provide a Boater’s card for the power boat rental and sign a waiver for use. The shed adjacent to the cottage will not be available for guests as it is used for personal storage . There are neighbours on both sides of the cottage fairly spaced (we ask that you please keep within the property boundaries as per the driveway and tree lines and monitor your kids while playing). There is plenty of space on the deck and yard all the way to the docks edge to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views either in the shade or sun . Thanks and enjoy! Other things to note We have found that it would be best for guests to bring their own linens (bedsheets and pillowcases), towels and toiletries for their stay, as it will be hard for us to clean and turn over fresh linens every few days or week of stay. We will provide the blankets and pillows which are cleaned on a regular basis. We will also provide some basic toiletries (e.g. toilet paper, soap, etc.) as emergency back-up. There is satellite TV, DVD movies, board games and books available for use at no additional charge.
