Very clean 2 Bedroom Townhome. Heated Pool outside your door. NO RENTAL Car needed! Uber from the airport. Walk to Fashion Square Mall, across the street. Old Town Arts district, Scottsdale Waterfront, Golf, Restaurants and bars a short walk, bike or Uber ride. We use professional cleaning staff before /after every reservation.

Quiet community located in one of Scottsdale's most desirable neighborhoods.

The internet here is fast! Nice, heated in the winter pools . This space is near everything. Hiking, Golf, Baseball, swanky resorts, Spring Training, Sports, nightlife, all easy to get to from this quiet, quaint community.

Downstairs is a fully ready kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances.

Comfortable Natuzzi soft leather sectional seats 6 downstairs w/ 55 inch HD Smart TV LED, Pluto TV, You-Tube, Netflix and streaming.

Upstairs are bedrooms and master bathroom. Both King and Queen beds have comfy memory foam mattresses. View of Camelback Mountain from King bedroom.

The entire home is accessible.

Need a key for the pool gate and a code is provided for the laundry room.

Our beautifully landscaped community is great because of its proximity to so many activities. Upscale, Fashion Square Mall for shopping, Arizona's largest shopping mall is just across the street. Scottsdale Waterfront, also walking distance ( just 4 blocks away) is a stylish collection of stores, boutiques, restaurants and cafes. Old Town Arts district is nearby too, for weekly art walks. and the area is fun to explore and people watch.

Restaurants, Parks, GOLF, spring training, the arts, wine tasting, hiking Camelback Mountain, bike share all are just minutes away.
