Welcome to our home. This 100% private place is just minutes away from O'Hare/Rosemont and Allstate Arena. This is a No Smoking rental. We live upstairs of this two room lower unit which has plenty of light and space to enjoy. A separate entrance, cable, high-speed internet. You will have 2 queens sizes beds. We try to start you with as much of your home comforts as possible. We use Norwex for cleaning. There is street parking. We would need to do laundry once a week in the unit. Thank you! Completely private smoke free lower level floor of single family home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. We live above the unit. Located between O'hare and downtown. A 10 minute drive or less to O'Hare, Allstate Arena, Stevenson Center, and Rosemont, Downtown can be anywhere from 20 mins and up. Your own private bedroom, living room with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There is a kitchen that includes: a stove, pot, pans, microwave, electric frying pan, electric griddle, a full size fridge and freezer, french press, also a coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. We provide, a start up of coffee, tea, cane sugar, bottle water, and some snacks . Your choice of glassware, plastic, or paper products. Included is a complete laundry area with an iron and ironing board just in case you want to get that laundry done before you go home. A couch in the living room. The bedroom has two queen beds, an en suite, a full closet, dresser, coat rack, sound machine, and a desk to get your work done on. Located in the living room is a kitchen table which seats for up to four and a couch. For entertainment purposes there is a smart TV with cable, access to Netflix, Hulu, apps, board games, movies and books for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower. We will provide a starter amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, shaving cream, razor, and towels. A blow dryer is also available for use. We live in a location that's just a couple miles away from enjoying many opportunities. O'Hare Airport, Rosemont Entertainment District, Theater, Restaurants, Shopping Outlet, and Convention Center, Allstate Arena, parks, library, movie theaters, grocery stores, Cubs games, Restaurants (Portillo, Starbucks, Lou Malanati), Public Transportation (Blue Line and buses), Highways ( 90 and 294) No need for a car when things are this close. The unit is completely private and yours to enjoy. We would need to do laundry once week. You will have full access to the shared backyard which includes a sitting area, a picnic table. We live upstairs and are available if you need us. Please call or text me if you need to get a hold of me. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of free street parking. You are walking distance to almost anything. No need for a car with public transportation and entertainment so close you can walk to. Public transportation is a block away that can take you to the blue line which can take you from O'Hare to Downtown and any place in between is less than a mile away. Your area has all our mechanics in it. If anything should need to be addressed we will have to come into your area. I will notify you before hand. The mechanical area is behind a curtain in the laundry area, so please don't enter that area. We also will be doing our laundry one day a week. We will work with you as to which day and time that is best for you.
