A second clean, comfortable, attractive private room with private bath down the hall in the prestigious sea-side neighborhood of Mamaroneck. Lovely, one-story private home, no stairs to climb. Includes use of large, serene screened porch. Off-street parking; 1 mile (1.5 km) to Metro North to NYC; 800 yds to beach, pool, & new clubhouse with daypass access (if during Summer Season); great jogging routes; close to many restaurants, nature preserve, and downtown amenities. The space A clean, comfortable, attractive, private room in a 7-room house with no stairs in desirable sea-side neighborhood within Mamaroneck. An off-street parking space is included with the rental. The bedroom measures 13' by 13' and has a queen-sized bed, an empty dresser, two large cedar-lined closets, a long desk with chair, plenty of lamps, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave. 4 yds/meters away from the bedroom is a beautiful full bath with shower, bath tub, tiled vanity with perfect make-up/shaving lighting, and large venting window. At times when the other room is booked the bathroom might be shared. Guest access Our guests are welcome to 24-hour access to the bedroom & bathroom facilities. Also, we welcome guests onto the large, serene screened-in porch in the afternoon, during the hours of noon to dusk. The living room, kitchen, and other rooms of the house are just for entry and exit. While no one should feel excluded -- you are most welcome in our home, if these areas were also part of the rental, the fee would be for the whole house and considerably higher. During your stay Most of the time it will be just one family member of ours in the home with whom you will be interacting. We will keep your privacy utmost and the only required interaction will be upon your arrival. On rare occasions, the other AirBnB-listed bedroom will also be occupied. We take into account the parties involved, how many people are renting, and their schedules, before renting both bedrooms to separate parties. Other things to note We regret that, given the time invested scheduling, coupled with the great percentage of no-shows to all our listed properties, we no longer offer tours of the listed space. Also, please do not write asking us what your stay will cost; we do not know. AirBnB does not show us hosts what you are being charged.
