The space Our home is a charming 1920s American Foursquare. While we live upstairs, you’ll enjoy complete privacy in the fully furnished basement guest suite with its own private side entrance. The suite includes a separate bedroom with a queen bed and an optional queen-size air mattress for the living room, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Located on a quiet, friendly block, the home is within walking distance of a neighborhood park and community pool. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire basement apartment, including a bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchenette for light meal prep with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, and essentials. You’ll also have access to a private laundry room reserved solely for guest use. Other things to note All guests should be linked/included on the Airbnb reservation.
