Please read description carefully*** Bright, clean and cozy 1 bedroom with tv room and bathroom in a quiet area of south east Vancouver. Please note there is only 1 double bed ( otherwise known as full sized smaller then queen) . Newly renovated with all the essentials incl. ensuite washer/dryer. Close to amenities such as public transit, grocery store, restaurants and a community fitness centre. The space A little home away from home. The kitchenette area is equipped with essentials. Radiant heating throughout. Control thermostat . No air conditioning but cooler as it is at ground level. There are two oscillating fans in the suite and large windows that open. Amazon Prime Video and Netflix are available. There is no cable TV. Best suited to 2 adults due to bed situation ( NOTE - there is only 1 double bed). Please note this rental is not suitable for parties as it is within an occupied family home. Renters who host too many guests will be asked to leave. Quiet hours are after 10pm . Outdoor cameras are located at entrance points of the house. Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the rental and the outside area with a separate entrance using a personalized code which will be sent out the day prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note the house has security cameras located outside at entry points for safety. We only accept guests with full profiles including verification, reviews, and previous host recommendations. Please be aware - We have 2 friendly large dogs living upstairs - both have hypoallergenic coats- you may see them in the yard periodically and hear them bark when the door bell rings this is generally minimal and so far no guest has been bothered by the noise however if you are sensitive to this please choose another rental site.
