Cottage in Minneapolis

Como neighborhood has easy access to city centers in both Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as to the University of Minnesota. Parks, bicycle trails, shopping, and restaurants are close by. The cottage is a cozy and bright little hideaway; newly renovated. We welcome all kinds of travelers. The space Our little (700+ square ft) urban cottage is a unique and charming private dwelling. The new kitchen has all the necessities. The bedrooms each have a skylight and the beds are new. The dining/living area is spacious and the futon is particularly comfortable. The south facing front porch is great for relaxing and watching the world go by, and yet feels quite private. The sewing machine and quilt frame are in the back of the first floor living area and are in 'storage mode' when guests are in the house. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole cottage and yard, and space enough for two cars in the driveway. The garage is used for storage only. Other things to note Como Avenue is an arterial city street for cars, buses, bikers and pedestrians. People watching from the the front porch is great! Because of our proximity to the University, many students live in the neighborhood. The cottage is not far from train tracks. The stairs to the bedroom/bathroom are narrow, with low clearance.
