Beautiful home on Lake Champlain on the West Shore of South Hero Island! Comfortable post and beam with amazing lake and mountain views. Just 21 miles from beautiful down town Burlington! The Island Trail Bike Path entrance is just a few yards up the road! We have a garage to keep your bikes inside at night. In this listing we offer up our rustic Bunk House which accommodates 8 campers! There is a half bath with a private out door shower. The bunk house is a seasonal rental/Not heated. Please contact host if the dates you need look booked as there are 8 bunks in this shared space but everything looks blocked if one bed is spoken for! We have 2 private bedrooms separately listed and available at extra charge! They are listed as the Ring-Dang-Doo and the Ring Dang Doo Lakeview. Wonderful for the whole family! We live right on Lake Champlain! We are just down the lane from the Island Line bike ferry. Please note that the Bunk House sleeps 8 in twin size bunks. It is like a Hostel. If you require private accommodations then at least 5 of the bunks must be rented. The private beach and lake are steps away with a dock to bring in a boat or spend the day fishing for Bass! There is one bathroom in the Bunk House and another in the main house available. Private Out Door Shower and changing space! Other things to note You can bike into Burlington or around Lake Champlain.. Spend the day touring the local vineyards. Check out the Bird house Forest or local mini castles. Day trip to Stowe or Montreal! Early in the season when the water is high and cold the dock will not be in the water.
