Family friendly flat in Central Richmond district

Spacious and bright 2 bedroom flat perfect for a family or a few friends traveling together. Open plan layout makes it easy for groups to spend time together in the same living area, but allows for retreat to individual bedrooms for more quiet or privacy. Large kitchen with ample counter space makes it easy for multiple people to prepare meals together. Two bedrooms are available for use by guests, one with a king bed, and the other with a twin over full sized bunk bed. The space This is our family home, which we typically rent out when we are out of town. As such, it is decorated with some of our personal objects, so those guests who prefer the minimalism and sterility of a hotel room should look elsewhere. In addition, although we do have our home professionally cleaned prior to hosting any guests, it is a lived in family home, so guests should take that into account when deciding if they'd like to reserve a stay with us. That being said, if there are certain kid-related supplies that will be helpful for you during your stay, please let us know! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms, which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a flat located in a building that contains another unit, inhabited by long term tenants. Just as we hope their presence will not disturb you, we hope any of our guests will be respectful of the other residents. Our household is non-smoking, so we only rent to non-smokers. If you or anyone in your party smokes, please do not request a reservation. Additionally, we have two cats and a dog who will not be in residence during your stay, but if anyone in your party has pet allergies, our home is likely not a good fit for you. Thanks.
