Abtei Himmerod Wittlich vacation home

The cottage is located at the foot of the Abbey Himmerod in the Volcano Eifel Nature Park. Hiking trails start right by the house. On the ground floor open kitchen with large dining room, living room with optional sofa bed and guest toilet. On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (forest view) with double bed and access to bathroom with large tub (shower function) and toilet. Bedroom 2 (monastery view) with double bed and shower and sink. In front of the house terrace with bbq. Parking, cot & chair, Wi-Fi free. The space Parkplatz, Free Internet Other things to note We renewed a lot last year, new roof, new kitchen floor , new bathroom... Just when we wanted to open again, the lower part of our site was slowly flooded by water. We are in a legal dispute with the alleged perpetrator, so the deficiency cannot be resolved at this time, but we also cannot list at full price without receiving bad reviews. In the photos, they see that the chicken coop is under water and the front meadow is without a lawn - we can't lock the chickens in. The water should not affect them, only in the view from the bedroom, their part of the garden is not affected. Still, due to the lack, we have greatly lowered the price.
