Recently remodeled. Ground floor house. Only two blocks to the beach and eateries like Benno’s. Private patio and backyard. This is the ground floor of a duplex. It’s entirely separate from the upper floor. Please be aware there is a possibility of guests being on the second floor of the home. For example you may hear walking above you. This is a one bedroom with a futon in the living room. I also have an air mattress if you don’t want to sleep on the futon. It’s a residential parking street so there is a parking pass for you to use. Usually no problem parking in front of the house. Please be aware because the city only gives me one parking pass if you bring a second car you may have to park it a block and a half away where it isn’t residential parking.
