Sweet Deluxe Studio

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment. The space The space is completely private with it's own entrance as well as bathroom and kitchen, but is attached to the house. The entrance is through the laundry which separates the studio from the house. The laundry room is a shared space though we will rarely overlap as we are conscious of doing our laundry when you are at work. Guest access You have complete autonomy in the studio and also have a small private patio outside the back of the studio. Parking is in the driveway, very safe, just a few feet from the entrance. Other things to note I like to rent long term usually to traveling nurses/occupational therapists/physical therapist, or anyone looking to come to Chico to work for 1 to 4 months. I will have a rental agreement, mainly stating I need a 30 day notice for when you plan to leave, as well as a cleaning agreement.
