A large wonderful two story family home right on the beach. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Outdoor covered patio with fire place. Spacious living rooms, dining area, sun deck. Towels and fresh linens are provided. Perfect for family vacations. The space Truly a remarkable space, with the beach at your door. Originally two houses redesigned in '94 into one spacious home. The home has a large sun-deck with an amazing view of the beach. The comfortable loungers there are the perfect place to work on your tan. Down below, at beach level, is a very large patio that's Ideal for outdoor dining and lounging. Then, there is the covered patio with a brick fireplace. Late night siting with family and friends by the fire with the sound of the waves all around has made this cozy spot one of our favorites. The Master Bedroom is a gem. Blue and white Dutch porcelain objects and vases decorate the sitting area of the room. The ocean sounds will lull you off to dream-land. There is fine linen and fluffy towels in all the rooms. Family feasts are a snap to produce in the large kitchen. With two ovens, Subzero refrigerator, five burner gas range, microwave, champion juicer and more, its perfect for all events. The wine glasses are crystal, please clink them gently. We have room to park 4 cars. Two in the garage and two outside. Other parking can be found on the street. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for two locked rooms on the street side of the house. There is also a small garage that is locked. Other things to note PLEASE ALSO SEE BELOW FOR HOUSE RULES There are 6 bedrooms each with it own bathroom. Three of the rooms are on the first floor and 3 on the second. The master bedroom has a king size bed . The other 2 rooms on the second floor have two single beds in each. On the first floor we have two rooms with queens and one with two singles. There is a fine piano in the living room for those of you musically inclined. Children's sand toys and beach chairs are available. You are in Newport Beach. There are many activities and restaurants close at hand. HOUSE RULES: Please note, you have neighbors and we expect you to be considerate of them. Guests will be responsible for mitigating any and all complaints, paying fines and possible eviction resulting from breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to increase in maximum occupancy numbers, noise levels and unruly behavior.
