From the balcony, you can enjoy the views of the central square, surrounded by charm and city life. The space Parking The street parking is free and generally safe. However, we recommend proper care. Security: For security reasons, assets, facilities and individuals, access to the Ana's Apartments building is under surveillance of a closed circuit television with image and sound capture and recording. Receção (Floor 0) The Ana's Apartments team is present at the reception from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Accommodation Bulletins The short-term stays in Portugal are required to communicate the presence and identity of all guests to the Immigration and Borders Service of Portugal (SEF). Check-In and Check-Out The check-in process requires the proof of booking and identification of all guests. The apartment will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated until 11 am on the day of departure. Equipment The apartment has all the amenities we deem necessary for a pleasant stay. All utensils have been strictly inventoried. The client is responsible ​​for furniture, appliances and any other objects inside the apartment. Any loss, theft or misuse will be charged to the person responsible for booking. Housekeeping and services The apartment is fully equipped with bed and bath linens as well as kitchen utensils. The general cleaning of the apartment during the stay will only be applicable for reservations longer than 10 nights. Housekeeping hours: 11:00 - 15:00 hours. The space contains waste selection and disposal units, and its collection is only practiced at the end of the stay. Optional laundry service is available upon customer request (extra charge). Rates applied do not include meals. Children and extra beds All children will be accommodated at no additional cost for the use of the existing bed. It is not applicable to the addition of extra beds or cribs. Fumadores Smoking is not allowed in the interior of the apartment and common areas. If any damage occurs due to smoking without permission or if we cannot dispose of the apartment for a certain period of time due to the odor resulting from the smoke, the person in charge of the reservation will be charged for the damage and period of destruction. Pets They are not admitted. Internet and TV channels All spaces have free wireless internet access (Wifi). The apartment features high-definition channels per fiber optic. Air-conditioned All equipment installed in the apartment must operate with the windows closed and in the same cycle, cooling or heating. Reservation cancellation For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to invite unregistered visitors to the apartment. All users must respect the stay of other guests and neighbors of the building. We reserve the right to dislodge all customers causing noise or disturbances in the apartment and common areas. With the exception of prepaid (non-refundable) reservations, special events or other situations specified at the time of booking, the cancellation conditions are: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
