The space Villa Limonero was built in early 2000 in the Canarian style with wooden ceilings and floors, balconies and terraces with wonderful views of the port. Access through a large garden and private pool. The house consists of 2 floors and a mezzanine. It has a built area of 350 m2 on a plot of 700 m2. On the ground floor, a living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen of 50 m2, and a toilet. Upstairs, 2 suites with double beds with a large private and individual terrace and balcony, 1 double bedroom and 2 fully independent bathrooms. On the upper deck, an excellent suite with a double bed with a terrace and solarium. All rooms have TVs. Large garden equipped with tables, chairs, solarium and full bathroom. Large 55 m2 swimming pool is 5 m. x 11 m. long and 1 m. to 2.30 m. maximum depth, fresh water with saline chlorinator is very healthy for sensitive skin, it also has speakers in the garden and underwater in the pool so you can hear music underwater. The pool is totally private, it has a large glass window on one side where you can enjoy the underwater view, it is also heated, at an additional cost of €50/day, guaranteeing a constant water temperature between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. The experience is highly recommended. Excellent and spacious (BBQ) barbecue and wood oven, with a dining table area on the terrace and a ping-pong table. Villa Limonero has several excellent restaurants less than 50 meters away. The beauty of the surroundings, with Phoenix Canariesis, the Jardines del Sitio Litre with its Drago Canario and Orquídea, is within the Villa Limonero accesses. All rooms at Villa Limonero have fiber optic (600 Mb/sec.) Wi-Fi area and satellite TV, both in the Hall, kitchen, and all rooms with TV, more than 200 channels in all languages, totally free.
