[Regulatory note: requests will only be approved in accordance with NYC regulations, after gaining approval from building management and owner.] The space • This is the newest, recently built luxury apartment building in the area, with state-of-the-art amenities, elevator access, 24/7 security and front-desk, and incredible common spaces • Super easy check-in: dooman is there 24/7 and will give you the keys • The apartment is very sunny and bright with a view over one of the quieter streets in the East Village • In-apartment washer/dryer • Full modern open-plan kitchen, A/C, wifi via FiOS fiber optic internet, also available on the roof • Alcove bedroom area with queen bed • All pictures are brand new (May 2017) and real Guest access • WiFi and all utilities included • Gym, roofdeck and pool are not generally accessible for the guest (and definitely no other guests can be admitted). Occasionally there are ways but please do not count on it • Full kitchen access with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave • Packages can be received via doorman • The bedroom closet will have my clothes stored in it but you're welcome to use any remaining space Other things to note This is a new apartment, only available during very limited periods while I am traveling and have approval, so I don't currently have many reviews available.
