Spacious Hilltop Suite on 21 Beautiful Acres

This beautiful 21 acre property in Cottage Grove overlooks the Willamette Valley, is ~20 mins from Eugene (Go Ducks!), and is nestled in wine country. Interior is spacious and modern, with two full bedrooms and a full bath. We welcome all walks of life, LGBTQIAP / 420 friendly. *Please* read the *entire* description below! The space This spacious apartment has its own locked entrance (via the north / right-hand side of the house, down a cement walkway), full bathroom, covered deck/patio, combined kitchen, dining and living area, and two separate bedrooms. The house is wonderfully positioned atop a hill that overlooks the Willamette Valley, with beautiful sunsets, forests, and fields in all directions. It is fairly secluded, yet a short 3 mile ride to town (Cottage Grove) or to the local Saginaw Winery, and a mere 20 minute drive to Eugene. The property has fields, a green house, large gardens, a barn, and lots of space to enjoy walks, a picnic, or an afternoon nap in a hammock. Sheep, llamas and deer are just a few of our neighbors! Please no pets (we already have two cats, a dog, seven chickens, and an abundance of wildlife). Feel free to pet and play with our extremely friendly kitties (just don't let them in the apartment ;) Max 5 persons -- note that there are only two beds (4 sleeping spots), plus a recliner couch. Arrival / entry instructions are sent via email the day of your arrival -- please read that email form Airbnb :) Guest access The main house and garage are for the owner's private use. That said, feel free to come by if you have questions or need anything! The apartment has its own door and key code entry, so you are free to come and go as you please (via the door at the north / right-hand side of the house, down a cement walkway). There is ample parking. Other things to note Our internet is cellular based and can be on the slower side. If you're looking to get away to binge-watch Netflix *all* weekend, this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking to have a book-reading weekend or a weekend visiting with friends surrounded by beautiful scenery, then this is the place for you! Given that we live upstairs there can be some noise, particularly from the kitchen (which is above bedroom 2). If you are looking for complete silence, then this apartment likely will not meet your needs. The downstairs has central heat, but no AC. It stays very cool down there nonetheless (when there are no guests we often escape to the downstairs for a break from the heat)! There are several fans provided to bring in the cool night air once the sun is down, as temps here in the summer drop fast (into the 50s at night even in August). We are a no TV household -- there is no TV in the apartment. The kitchen is functional and well appointed, but not suitable for large meal preparation -- there's a 2-burner stove top and a toaster oven, in addition to typical kitchen implements, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, etc. We have two cats, as housemates, but we keep them out of the Airbnb space.
