You have space to entertain, inside the beach home , but also underneath where you will find a large built in bar, propane/charcoal bar b q , swings, hammock loft and outdoor shower. Fenced in yard. Private walkover to the beach. Gourmet kitchen with butlers pantry. Tv's in every room. Master has soaking tub with beach view! Sleeps 14 The space This is our home so it is decorated as such, not like a rental. Comfortable beds and furniture. We want you to feel like its your home while on vacation. Has a wine fridge and large pantry with chest freezer. We are pet friendly with pet fee. Max 2 pets. Linens are included except for beach towels. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Guest access All spaces. Except owners closet and owners garage. Other things to note Pets allowed 150.00 pet charge. Elevator is available with 250.00 extra fee. Will need to sign a waiver and agree to elevator use rules, operating instructions and a demonstration. Any service call because of misuse will be charged against the deposit.
