Casa Melendreros

The house is located in the village of Melendreros, it is a mountainous area and perfect to disconnect. Local routes are exceptional and complemented by an abundance of mountain restaurants. It is a great place for any nature lover. Despite its mountainous character you can reach Oviedo and Gijón in 35 minutes and the beaches in 40. The house is well lit with lots of natural light and comfortably furnished with everything you need and more. The space The house has 3 floors, connected by beautiful wooden stairs. Downstairs is the kitchen dining room, the entrance and a toilet with washing machine. In the first there is a double room, the main bathroom with bathtub, a large distribution space with study table is also the living room with viewpoint. From the living room you can go out to the terrace. The living room has a double sofa bed. In the second there is a very large room, diaphanous with double bed and another extra bed. You can also put 3 singles. It has a bathroom with shower tray and access to the back garden. Guest access The house has a wood-burning heating system, we will make some firewood available to customers for their stay. You also have washing machine, wifi, barbecue, wood burning fireplace in the living room.
