Condo in Silverthorne

Superhosts every quarter! Our beautifully appointed condo is close to everything! It’s perched on the top of Summit County with Buffalo Mountain & Arapahoe National Forest trailhead right behind us. 6 world class ski resorts, the gorgeous snow- capped mountains overlooking Lake Dillon. Short term Rental Permit #BCA-79137. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Parking is 2 spaces. The space As soon as you walk in, you will instantly feel at home. There's a dining room table for the whole family, from games, TV, enjoying the beautiful gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a lovely king sized bed and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Don't forget about the 4 chairs on the deck to enjoy your after hike or apres ski beverage of choice in which you can view the majestic Peak One mountain. The kitchen is clean, upgraded, and fully-equipped with spices and everything you'll need to enjoy cooking together. With an open concept, your family or friends can be hanging out on the couches. Relaxing! Guest access Easy access from the ample, free parking area right in front, you are close to our first floor unit. You won’t be winded from flights of stairs like most mountain condos. All guests have full use of the beautiful Timber Ridge clubhouse which includes a large common area, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, new sauna and racquetball court. There’s even a pool table, ping pong and foosball. Outside is a tennis court, and a large sun deck with picnic tables. Washer and dryers are available at the clubhouse as well. You'll need your phone to scan QR code and can pay by google pay, Apple Pay or credit card - $2.25 per washer and $2.25 per dryer. Other things to note One of our most favorite parts of our place is being close enough to town, yet feeling miles away from the hustle. You will be driving into the mountains where weather conditions vary. The condo is at 10,000 feet. Our home has a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY in OR around the condo. There is a $500 fine for smoking & pets. We expect our guests to treat our home like it's their own and leave it just as awesome as when they walked in. Timber Ridge is located directly on the local free bus route. Service is available to most nearby towns, ski areas, shopping centers and medical centers. Summit County is wonderful in the summer! Great boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf are plentiful in the area. In fact, our condo is within walking distance of a popular trailhead in Wildernest. And we are just a few miles from Lake Dillon where you can relax in a rented boat. For the shoppers, the Silverthorne Outlets are just right down the road. In town, you will also find the Silverthorne Recreation Center with multiple pools, workout facilities, fitness classes and child care. Close by are the towns of Dillon, Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge which have wonderful dining and shopping areas. Summit County is epic in the winter, it's the place to be! Our condo is within driving distance of some of Colorado's best ski resorts: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. Don't worry if you don't ski. There's snowmobiling, snow tubing, ice skating, snow shoeing, sledding, fishing, shopping and plenty of spas. Don't forget to check out the breweries and great restaurants around the county too.
