Enjoy waking up in a quiet Treasure Beach neighborhood having coffee on the screened-in back porch, or enjoy the dock, watching a variety of birds, wildlife and fish jumping in the canal. All you need is a pole. Take a 5 minute ride from the house to ocean access and walk our beautiful Crescent Beach. A short drive away, there's shopping, entertainment and great restaurants in St. Augustine (Oldest City in the USA). We look forward to your stay and know you will make memories to last a lifetime. This is a newly renovated home with a covered carport, a screened in back porch, a boat dock, a sundeck and canal access to the intracoastal waterway. Furnishings are frequently updated as needed and we recently replaced both beds for a comfortable night's rest. Guests have access to the entire property. We provide a small inflatable bed for young children and the washer and dryer are in the shed. In this post-COVID environment, we have adapted our cleaning and sterilization procedures for our collective safety. I live out of the state but my co-host is available to guests within an hour. Additionally, I'm using a new pricing service which adjusts the nightly price based on season, demand and other rentals to ensure the guest gets the best price available. Treasure Beach neighborhood is a paradise where every property in uniquely situated on a canal within minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway. Walk, bike, boat or car Historic St. Augustine is about 20-25 minutes drive from our Treasure Beach property. St. Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach are minutes away. We require a minimum age to make reservations so please tell us your ages when requesting to stay. Major holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay: New Years Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Thanksgiving requires a 5-night stay and Christmas requires a 1-week stay.
