Homey 2 BR, 1.5 bath beach townhouse less than 100 yards to beach and Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps 4 comfortably and 5 max. Multiple decks, including one with table/chairs overlooking pond, with ducks and turtles; WiFi; covered parking. Some beach toys for kids in storage shed. You will have the place to yourself... Guest access All of it...including outdoor shower and hose to clean up with after your return from the beach! Other things to note Cleaning/linens fee is $130. Deposit is $400 and will be charged in part or full if property is damaged or left especially messed. No pets.
