Artsy Private Room in LIC. 7 min to Manhattan

Hello I am a New York based artist and designer and I am happy to host travelers, couples or singles at a private room in my 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Long Island City. My place is close to PS Museum, Sweet Leaf Coffee Shop, Trader Joe’s, Subway Stops with 7 minutes to Manhattan and 7 min the G train to Williamsburg. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the people, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space You will have a private room and shared bathroom and kitchen. Room is full of light and styled with artwork from local New York based artists. There is a gorgeous sunrise view in the morning and gentle soft light during the day... There is a super comfy full-size bed, couple of drawers and a clothing rack to keep your clothes neat. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the necessary utensils and supplies. Guest access You will have an access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. Laundry is in the building, in the basement. During your stay I am available at any time to offer you any help you require during your stay. Other things to note I have a very shy cat. He is hiding in my room most of the time.
