The space Known as The Haines Building, this historic building is newly renovated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This corner unit is in perfect walking distance to both Continental Square and Royal Square in the heart of downtown. The space is complimented by local art, maps and resources to ensure a fun stay in downtown York. Being in the heart of downtown, there can be some street noise but we provide a white noise machine just in case. Guest access We offer self check-in with a lockbox at the property. A key fob will get you into the building with a regular key to access the unit. Other things to note Please note that as this unit is newly renovated, guests will be responsible for any damage. We do expect the space to be left the way it was found when it is time to check-out. The building is equipped with Xfinity for guests who already have an account but the unit does not have its own WiFi account. We also offer a tv with an HDMI hook up. There is a parking pass provided for the neighboring garage, or metered parking directly in front of the unit.
