Our remodeled home is perfectly located, a home base for roaming all the remarkable sites and scenery of the Pikes Peak region. We are located in the heart of Old Colorado City, affectionately called the 'OCC'. The 'OCC' blends it's historic character with modern boutiques, award winning restaurants and local art galleries. Whether you plan to browse the shops and galleries, enjoy fine dining or attend a seasonal event, a trip to Old Colorado City will be a richly rewarding experience. The space The landscape will set this house apart from all others. This custom landscape designed with luxury and relaxation in mind will leave your jaw at the ground. As you enter the back yard you will first come to a custom built in BBQ with a bar. BBQ and bar are covered with a open pergola, decorated with rope lighting. Next you enter the fire pit and a custom water feature. The fireplace is a wonderful place to end the night after a dip in the hot tub. Equip with a custom curtains, pergola and annual pots this back yard should leave you feeling relax. Come enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather in one of Colorado's finest landscapes. In every bedroom there is a closet with hangers, a fan for white nose, essential oil diffuser, black-out blinds, a TV, charging stations, an Alexa and a ceiling fan. The property is fully enclosed with fences and gates STR# 0113 Guest access The entire house is yours to use at your convenience. The only thing not accessible is the shed. Other things to note Our house is located in a neighborhood that is walking distance to OCC shopping, bar and restaurants. It is a short drive to Manitou Springs (3.6 miles), Garden of the Gods (2.7 miles), the 'incline'(well known set of stairs up a mountain that is not for the faint at heart) paved bike trails(1 block from the midland trail) Downtown Colorado Springs 1 mile, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak Cog Rail Road, 20 minute from the Air Force Acedemy
